Refund and Payment Policy

Soul Purpose Charitable Trust (hereinafter referred to as SOUL PURPOSE) is a non-profit organisation. All donations are received in accordance to the terms of section KC5 Income Tax Act (1994) are tax deductible. A receipt for donation will be provided to you once the donation has been received.  

Delivery Policy

When your donation is received, you can expect delivery of SP Magazine from the next published issue. If you have made a one off donation of $25 or more or you make regular donations, you will receive all issues for the next year. 

Online Payment Privacy Policy

Introduction:

Soul Purpose Charitable Trust (hereinafter referred to as SOUL PURPOSE) is committed to protecting your privacy as an Internet user whenever you make a donation. SOUL PURPOSE recognizes its responsibility to keep confidential at all times any information which SOUL PURPOSE acquires in connection with such a transaction. SOUL PURPOSE protects personal information (at a minimum) to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards.

Collection of Information:

To enable SOUL PURPOSE to provide secure payment facilities it will typically acquire information which may include the Cardholder's name, credit card number (with the expiry date) and billing address.

Use and Disclosure of Information:

SOUL PURPOSE uses the information to obtain authorization of the transaction from the Issuing bank of the credit card and SOUL PURPOSE's own bank and to process the payment.

Security:  

SOUL PURPOSE is committed to data security. SOUL PURPOSE uses a variety of technologies and procedures to help protect personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. When SOUL PURPOSE transmits sensitive information (such as a credit card numbers), SOUL PURPOSE protects it through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. SOUL PURPOSE is a level 1 certified PCI-DSS compliant provider:

SOUL PURPOSE adhere to PCI-DSS when processing payments. PCI-DSS, the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard is a set of security requirements relating to the protection of card holder data.
